Le Troll Gourmand
Saint François Longchamp
Brigitte and Denis welcome you to the heart of Saint François 1650, on the terrace with panoramic mountain views or in a cozy interior.
Our home cooking, neat and tasty, favors fresh products, short circuits and local producers: raclette IGP of Savoy Bonnivard farm, fondue with Beaufort cheese from Cartier farm, but also our home made breads with flour from Degrange mill in Bourget du Lac. ..... Our dishes are cooked with love, where terroir and gastronomy meet: duck breast with blueberry sauce or Beaufort, mountain salad with Abondance cheese and raw ham from the Hautes Alpes.....your taste buds will be quivering so see you soon.
