How about a moonlit night-time snowshoe walk?
On Monday 17 February 2025, the Tourist Office, mountain guides and first-aiders are inviting you to take part in the Taimoninche.
What’s on the programme?
A night-time snowshoe walk between the resort of Saint-François-Longchamp and the village of Montaimont. It’s a chance to see the mountain from a different angle and learn more from the guides.
After the effort, the comfort!
When you arrive in Montaimont, you can enjoy a delicious Savoyard meal! A shuttle will then take you back to Saint François Longchamp.
Meet at 4.30pm in front of the Saint François Longchamp Tourist Office.
(4pm in front of the former Auberge du Grand Coin for those leaving from Montaimont)
Rates and registration
20€ | Supervised snowshoe walk + Savoyard meal + return shuttle transport.
Adults and children aged 10 and over can take part. The tour lasts 2h30.
Where can I hire snowshoes in Saint François Longchamp?
The resort's sports shops offer snowshoe hire. In Montaimont, you can visit the Bonvillard Nordic centre.
