Individual chalet for 10/12 people in two adjoining flats (2x35 m²). Ideal for two families/groups of friends. 250 m from the slopes and shops in the Mollaret area, within easy walking distance. Equipped terrace, splendid south-facing view.
You will be the only guests in the chalet. The two flats are connected by a hallway, so you can share meals for 10 to 12 people, while respecting the privacy of each group or the silence of the children's bedroom. There are also three private parking spaces at the foot of the chalet. The ground-level terrace has a table and benches. It faces due south. Deckchairs are available. Baby equipment. Four sledges.
2 or 3 minutes' walk from Plan Mollaret (shops, restaurants, etc.), you will have access to the slopes 250 metres away (Mollaret chairlift) and you will also be close to the balneotherapy centre. A free resort shuttle bus stops at the foot of the chalet if you need it.

Location
Motorway access: A43, exit 26 "La Chambre" (Attention in WINTER the GPS indicates to go through the Col de la Madeleine from Albertville and Montgellafrey village. The Col de la Madeleine is closed in winter and the road between the village Montgellafrey and Saint-François Longchamp. Special equipment are required in case of snow).
Train Station access: Train station "Saint-Avre / La Chambre". Shuttle bus between the station and the resort.
Airport access: Lyon, Chambery, Grenoble, Geneva.
In winter, access can be by the free bus shuttle and access on foot.
In summer, you can park nearby.
