Welcome to La Balnéo: a place designed for well-being and relaxation in the heart of the mountains. Over 2,500 m² of space with balneotherapy pools, saunas, steam rooms, spas and jacuzzis.
Take a warm-up walk in the cold water pools, try the Jacuzzis, the hydro-massage pools and the bubble massage benches. Whether relaxing or exercising this water world provides the best or for preparation recovery for more strenuous exercise. Night time opening on Tuesdays.
HYDRO JETS massage
This field is used in two ways:
As a tonic massage in the preparation phase.
As massage jets in the quiet return phase.
SPAS, SOFA BUBBLE AND OUTDOOR POOL SPA
A true hydrotherapy, it is a source of benefits to the body thanks to the heat, the feeling of lightness and massage.
ON WARM-UP BASIN
In fresh water at 17 °, you will stimulate the muscles of your lower limbs in a 50cm deep pool. This will allow better blood supply and drainage of your legs.
WALK AGAINST CURRENT BASIN
This basin with a depth of 110cm has a water at 23 °. It is equipped with a system against current adapted to prepare you for the spa.
AQUAGYM & AQUABIKE COURSES
Aqua aerobics and aquabike courses are available (reservation is required) supervised by professionals.
