A residence situated at the foot of the ski slopes and shops. The apartments, ideally located, feature balconies on the ground floor or bright balconies on the upper floors.
The Marquis chairlift and ESF meeting point are nearby. The flats are fully equipped and the residence has a reception and a lounge with a dedicated children’s area (games and colouring), a ski storage room and a self-service launderette (at an extra charge).
Wi-Fi is free at reception (30 minutes per adult per day) and available for an additional charge in the accommodation.
The apartments feature a well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, 4-ring hob, microwave, grill, fridge – with freezer compartment in all 4 apartments, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster) and a balcony with 2 sun loungers.
Duvets, pillows and a TV are included. Bed linen and towels are optional.

2-room flat for 4 people: from €357 to €1,722
3-room flat for 6 people: from €399 to €2,037
4-room flat for 8 people: from €504 to €2,793
‘EARLY BIRD’ (or ‘Early Booking’): For all bookings made up to and including 31 October, a 10% discount applies to stays of at least 7 nights from 19/12 to 26/12, from 02/01 to 06/02 and from 06/03 to 10/04.
Christmas holidays, 7=8: Option to arrive on Friday 18 December at no extra cost for stays from 19 December to 26 December (must be specified at the time of booking and subject to availability).

Opening Time
From 19/12/2026 to 10/04/2027 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, bank holidays and weekends.
Reception opening hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am–11.00 am / 5.00 pm–7.00 pm – Saturday 8.00 am–12.00 pm / 2.00 pm–7.00 pm – Sunday 8.00 am–12.00 pm – Closed on Tuesday mornings and all day Wednesday.
Small pets are permitted, provided they are kept on a lead, subject to an additional charge per pet payable on arrival of €49 per week, €10.50 per day or €98 for stays of 3 weeks or more (only one pet per accommodation). Please notify us at the time of booking. A rabies certificate is compulsory. First- and second-category attack dogs (Pitbulls, guard dogs or defence dogs) are strictly prohibited in our accommodation.
Location
Motorway access: A43, exit 26 "La Chambre" (Attention in WINTER the GPS indicates to go through the Col de la Madeleine from Albertville and Montgellafrey village. The Col de la Madeleine is closed in winter and the road between the village Montgellafrey and Saint-François Longchamp. Special equipment are required in case of snow).
Train Station access : Train station "Saint-Avre / La Chambre". Shuttle bus between the station and the resort.
Airport access: Lyon, Chambery, Grenoble, Geneva.
