Winter trail "Sentier des Paquiers"

THE "SENTIER DES PAQUIERS"
Starting point: Parking lot "La Madeleine" (drugstore); go down the stairs of the residence Odalys Bellevue, walk the lenght of the building on the right , the starting point is behind, before arriving to the parking lot above the building.
Route: follow the track going down. Take on your left at the first junction. You pass next to the tree climbing park. Then you will cross a wooden bridge. Option for the return: go back the way you have come or take the ski shuttle (Edelweiss bus stop), or go back up on the "Chemin de 1450m".
Finishing point: on the roas, below St François longchamp 1450m, at the level of the "Aire des Fées".
Interests: stroll in the underwood. Descent along the Bugeon torrent. Splendid view on the "Demoiselles Coiffées" at the finishing point, with an information board.
Walk time: for the descent: Around 1:30.
Difficulty: easy to intermediate (if not to much snow).
Drop: 250m
Advice: snowshoes are convenient if fresh snow on the ground.
