Where to practice Nordic skiing this winter?<\/h4>\n

Meet at the Grand Coin, a Nordic area for initiation to biathlon and cross-country ski trails among the pine trees.<\/h3>\n

A few kilometres from the resort centre, the Espace Nordique du Grand Coin is overlooked by the summit of Grand Coin which gave its name to the site.<\/p>\n

Cross-country ski trails wind through the pine forests connect the typical and authentic hamlets which are the pride of Savoy.<\/p>\n

As a bonus, exceptional views over the Maurienne valley and the surrounding mountain ranges: Belledonne, Ecrins, Etendard glacier, Aiguille d’Arves …<\/p>\n

By sliding on the 12 cross-country ski trails (70 km) or criss-crossing the 10 snowshoe routes (60 km), you will discover a space that will never cease to amaze you, a stone’s throw from the bustle of the centre of the resort of Saint Fran\u00e7ois Longchamp. For you the peace and quiet!<\/p>\n

In this unspoiled natural setting, the summer mountain pastures give way to Nordic ski slopes and biathlon discovery every winter.<\/p>\n

This family site will welcome you during the winter season in one of these two reception centres (that of Montaimont at 1355 m altitude or Col du Chaussy at 1533 m). In these centres, a rental service for cross-country skis, snowshoes and sledges awaits you.<\/p>\n
