In view of the weather conditions forecast for this weekend, we regret to have to CANCEL<\/span> the 2025 edition of the Saint Fran\u00e7ois Longchamp Flight & Ski.<\/strong>
\n\u2018The forecast calls for strong southerly winds on Saturday (foehn) and the passage of a disturbance between Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime.<\/em>
\nDespite our best efforts, these forecasts give us little hope of being able to organise even one day of competition.<\/em>
\nAs we cannot be certain of being able to welcome you in optimal conditions, it is with great regret that we have decided to cancel this competition.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n

Discipline<\/span><\/h3>\n

Ski & Fly is a precision paragliding competition where pilots take off from the top of a ski slope and follow a course that includes touch-and-go landings, touching down on poles, and many other fun tasks. It’s a great way to work on take-off, low speeds, resources, trajectory placement, landing accuracy… all with the flexibility of skiing and gliding on snow.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vol et Ski is a multi-stop tour of France, Italy and Switzerland during the winter season.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n

Registrations<\/h3>\n

To take part in the flight and ski<\/strong>, you must hold a FFVL license. It is not necessary to have a competitor’s card for the challenge.<\/p>\n
