VAE track: The “Grande Léchère” Lake by the Petit Bois and Montgellafrey

The itinerary combines cool shady forest roads, breathtaking views from the Grande Léchère lake and discover the hamlets authentic village of Montgellafrey.
Departure from the Saint François Longchamp Tourist Office. Take the direction of Col de la Madeleine by the RD213. At the level of Pérelles, take the path above the municipal services building. Take the path in the direction of Lac de la Grande Léchère.
Once at the lake, enjoy the scenery before heading back down by road to the village of Montgellafrey. Then go up towards Saint François Longchamp via the D76.
