Small easy loop from the Col du Chaussy, with a beautiful panorama of the Aiguilles d'Arves, three characteristic peaks, two of which are over 3,500 m.
From the Chaussy reception center, opposite the welcome sign, turn left, the route climbs under the Le Replat cross-country trail to reach a glade. cross it then follow the track until the hairpin bend around the electricity pylon. From there, a superb view of the Aiguilles d'Arves, weather permitting. The route continues along the cross-country ski trail a little further. When you reach the crossroads of Chemin du Chalet du Mélèze, turn right and go down to reach Col du Chaussy.
