Espace Nordique du Grand Coin

La Tour-en-Maurienne.

The Espace Nordique du Grand Coin, with its 12 cross-country ski trails (70 km) and 10 snowshoeing itineraries (60 km), allows you to wind your way through the fir trees and discover an unspoilt natural area with exceptional views.

The Espace Nordique du Grand Coin is overlooked by the Grand Coin summit, which gives its name to the site. The trails wind through fir forests, linking typical, authentic hamlets and offering exceptional views.
The 12 cross-country ski trails (70 km) or the 10 snowshoe itineraries (60 km) allow you to discover an unspoilt natural area.
You can also try your hand at biathlon or go tobogganing.

The Espace Nordique du Grand Coin, which has been awarded the "Nordique France" label, has two entrances, two departures and two foyers.

The first is at Col du Chaussy, 1533 m above sea level, in the Pontamafrey-Montpascal commune. The cross-country ski hostel sells day, week and season passes, and also rents out equipment. It also has an out-of-bag room and is located next to the Auberge du Chaussy, an ideal place to eat.

The second home is in the hamlet of Bonvillard in the commune of Montaimont at 1355 m altitude, and also offers ski pass sales and equipment rental.
In Bonvillard, you can also enjoy snowshoeing on an itinerary that leads to Lac du Loup.
